Join us to celebrate the longest day of the year and International Yoga Day with 108 sun salutations on the beach at ’t Nije Hemelriekje. During this session, we’ll move through 9 rounds of 12 simple sun salutations, with options for modifications and breaks along the way. Afterwards, we’ll gather for a cozy plant-based potluck picnic by the lake.

We’ll provide the basics like salads, fruit, and picnic essentials, and invite everyone to bring a small dish or snack to share.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded people, enjoy good food, and soak in the summer energy. After enjoy a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water, relax with a book on the sandy beach, or wander through the beautiful pine forest that surrounds the lake.
