What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, such as sportswear. Also bring some socks and a sweater for savasana. There are mats at the studio which you can borrow. If you rather practice on your own mat you can bring it of course!

IMPORTANT COVID-19 Regulations
Yellow yoga values your and our health highly and therefore we have taken measures in accordance with the RIVM to ensure we all feel safe and healthy.

Please follow these guidelines:
Only attend class when you have no symptoms that could be COVID-19 such as a cold, fever, a cough, running nose, sore throat. Also stay at home when anyone you are living with has a fever or trouble breathing. If you have been tested positive for covid-19 only attend class again after 24h of showing no symptoms.

Book your class before hand
Please make sure you have reserved a spot before attending class. Note that buying a ‘class’ pass is one of the two steps you take in the booking process. You will receive a confirmation email when your spot has been successfully booked. You will be able to cancel your booking up to 3 hours before the class begins

Change at home
Please change into your yoga clothes at home and bring as little belongings needed to the studio.

Bring your own mat and props
Please bring your own mat, towels and props such as blocks, blanket etc. In case you like to use our props, bring a pillow case to protect the surface. If you do not own a mat, you can bring a towel and use a studio mat with towel on top for practice.

All used blankets, eyepillows, blocks and blankets of the studio will be cleaned and washed out right after class. The next class will be using completely different blankets, eyepillows and mats.

Timing
Arrive 15 minutes before the class starts at the earliest, and please leave right after your class ends so we can avoid having too many people in the studio. We will be offering tea time after class again once we have found a safe way to do so.

Use the hand sanitiser available & wash your hands
Make sure to use the hand sanitiser when you walk in and please wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds after you’ve used the bathroom. We will provide hand sanitizer around our studios for you to use.

Keep 1.5-meter distance
Please keep a distance of 1,5 meter between you and others at all times. This starts when you walk in the door.

We will be practising the following measures to make sure your practice is as safe as possible:

Our teachers will guide you with care and awareness
During your practice, your teacher will stay on their mat instead of walking around the room, in order to maintain the 1.5-meter distance. There will also be no physical adjustments.

Cleaning in between classes
We will make sure to clean the room thoroughly in between classes in order to create clean spaces where you can enjoy your practice. After every class mats and props will be changed and used ones will be cleaned thoroughly.
